Hi! I'm Meredith!
I'm so honored you’re here! As your healer I will help you into living a joyful, harmonious, and healthy life. With techniques in both Sound Healing and Reiki, we will work to unblock chakras and return a natural sense of calm and wellness.
North Park Healing was established to create a nurturing space to guide people into feeling the best they possibly can. This idea and foundation began when I found my life's calling a few years ago in 2017, and my own life took a turn for the best!
In the previous 17 years, I had been working in the jewelry industry as a Gemologist, Jeweler, and Fine Jewelry sales associate then I met my Usai Reiki Master. He introduced me to the healing arts and became my much trusted Reiki Mentor.
I invested dedication and time in completing my levels one, two, and master attunements, from 2017-2019. With this, I was able to fully experience the clearing of my own energy and gain a deeper understanding of the level of transformation and wellness that can occur from Reiki treatments. Shortly after my Master Attunement, I was introduced to the amazing restorative properties of sound therapy. This began with bells to clear negative energy in spaces and crystal singing bowls to balance chakras and create a deep state of relaxation, heal emotional and physical ailments, and rock out! (crystal singing bowl band coming soon)Lol.
It is with deep love and a desire to help others that I enter into every healing session
