Sound Healing
Sound Bath
Treat yourself to the healing properties of sound. A sound healing session begins with you sitting or lying in a comfortable position. I charge the bowls with Reiki energy and invite them to sing. Most sessions last approximately 60 minutes and will place you into a deep state of relaxation while the vibration of the bowl will unblock and clear chakras for ultimate healing potential.

Reiki
In-Person Reiki
Everyone needs some soulful self care. Each Reiki session begins with the client lying fully-clothed and face up on a massage table. Through me placing my hands on or directly above various key chakra positions of the body, a flow of Reiki healing energy is channeled to the body to activate and engage the body's healing ability.

Distance Reiki
Healing can happen from anywhere! Distance Reiki session begins with a consultation phone call, in which we discuss the process in detail along with a guided visualization. Next, I request the client find a comfortable position and play calming music. We then disconnect the phone, and I begin the actual Reiki, sending healing energy. During the session, I note the downloads of information received during the session. We discuss this all during a scheduled follow-up call.

Animal Reiki
Our fur family deserve healing too! Reiki sessions for your beloved animal begins with my channeling in the Reiki energy and inviting your animal to accept it. This practice can be done either hands off or hands on. There are a multitude of benefits from Reiki energy for our pets. In Animals, it relieves not only anxiety but can also heal physical pain and past trauma.

Corporate Culture Reset
Maintaining a business with a culture of joy and balance is difficult. The Culture Reset offers a holistic approach for you and your employees.
